Good luck! Let me know how it goes. One of my favorite sources for all
info sprouts is http://sproutpeople.com You might find some tips there.

I've never sprouted with those, but you shouldn't need soil for those.
My research shows that the jar method is fine. Sometimes sprouts just
don't work, unfortunately, and you might need to start over and try
again.

The ones that use soil, like wheat grass or sunflower, I've always
used soil for. Which ones did you have trouble with?

Thank you so much for the video on sprouting! I started some sprouts last week... some worked, some didn't. I was wondering if you know... when the sprouts say to have them grow on soil, as opposed to in a jar, does it make a huge difference? The sprouts that did not work for me were the ones that "required" starting in soil... just wondering.

Thanks!
